Ballet for skating?
« on: March 29, 2017, 10:45:51 PM »
Hello!

So now that my skating is going splendidly, it was recommended by my coach to potentially take a few ballet lessons. Is this generally helpful while skating? I've done a bit of research and it does seem that it really helps with your movements and gracefulness (Something that can be difficult to come by as a guy haha.) I'm just wondering if anyone else has any experience with this or opinions to offer? Will it benefit me in the end enough that it's worth it? I want to drastically improve my skating as much as possible.

Thanks,

Sam
