Title: Jumps on Bronze FS test
Post by: Meli on July 31, 2016, 11:11:53 PM
So the test requires a toe, a sal, and another single... Which did you choose?

Loop.  Don't have flip or lutz yet so there wasn't much choice.   :D

My coach and I are working on loop. It's struggle, along with spins.

I have loop and flip in there.  It worked choreographically to have both.  Plus, it's kind of like having a backup.

Flip. I consistently have all my singles, but the lutz isn't ready for judging yet. And the loop is my weakest jump.

I chose the loop because it worked with the choreography and was a consistent jump for me.  If it had worked better with the choreography, I would have done a flip, since that was a good jump for me as well.

I did a loop and a half-loop. I didn't complete the loop but they counted the half-loop.

Loop. My flip was sometimes under-rotated at the time, and my lutz just isn't very good.

Full rotation Toe Walley, since that jump is not seen that often.
