Hi friend,

i want to ask about :
1. new figure skates ( riedell 133 ) need to re sharpener ?
2. in my country ( indonesia ) no one rink have sharpener tools, and i think to buy skate mate, thats good ? and how about skate mate ROH ?

All figure skate blades will eventually need to be resharpened.

A skate mate can help you pro-long the sharpening, but eventually, it will need to be resharpened.

You need to ask around your rink, if a rink exists, someone must be doing sharpening.  The rink needs to sharpen their rental skates (although they might just do it once a year) and hockey teams need their blades sharpened too.  You might not find a GOOD figure skate sharpener, but someone should be able to at least make your blades suitable for recreational skating.  Maybe a coach has the equipment?
